To My Client’s
Thank you for trusting me with your lashes 🥰
I appreciate everyone one of you.
Apparently I need to set some rules and put fees into place to continue to be able to run my business successfully. I know the majority of you will understand this.

•Payment is due at time of services. If you can not pay at the time of your appointment please reschedule. And when I say reschedule do so in advance not an hour before appointment time. I will no longer call or text to remind you to pay me. I also have bills to pay. You work and expect your paycheck on time so do I.
I will remove you from my schedule if I have to call to ask for payment.
Times are hard I get it, we all are living this life so it’s hard for everyone.

•Starting January 1st if you cancel your appointment less than 12 of your appointment time there will be a fee of $25 that you will need to pay prior to making another appointment.

•If you no call no show, that appointment you didn’t come to will be paid for before you will make another appointment which will also be paid for.

I’m losing money and time not being able to fill appointments that are canceled an hour before time.

My time and money is just as important as your time and money. Please be considerate of that.
Again thank you for trusting me!
