My name is Lauren Kiczek, and I would like to thank you for considering me as your massage therapist.
I’m Lauren Kiczek, LMT and owner of Checked Out Massage, LLC. 🌿 Mobile Swedish massage designed to help you “check out” of the busy and “check in” with yourself My journey began in the medical field for nearly 15 years specializing in orthopaedics and applying braces and casts to heal injuries. The knowledge I gained through my years of work supported me tremendously as I transitioned from orthopaedics to massage. I strive to make personal connections and to provide exceptional care for all clients - something that felt more and more difficult to do within the four walls of a doctor's office. A consistent theme in all my work experience is the importance of self-care and body awareness. Life is fast paced, and we can lose ourselves and our movements in the busy, but if we don't prioritize care for ourselves, how can we tend to what is most important in our lives with a clear mind and an open heart? Your time is a precious resource, and my goal is to maximize the time you set aside for yourself. I am here to help you relax, relieve pain and discomfort, and to find peace within yourself as you reconnect with your body. Together we will slow down just enough to boost your inner well-being, and the awareness required to live your life to the fullest. So come "check out" of the busy and lean in to all that waits for you and your body through the power of massage therapy with me as your trusted guide.

Following the massages we will flow through a slow Yoga class with a Sound Bath Savanna. After all that chill out, there will be opportunity to shop bud tender recommended strains.
