Watching Liliana, my cosmetology student apprentice grow in confidence, skills and professionalism is one of the most rewarding part of being a cosmetologist educator. She has been working with me for 4 plus years now and started as a CT Work Base Employee, a program sponsored by the CT Technical Educational System and the Department of Labor.
I've watched her mastered new techniques, overcome challenges and grows to becoming the best person to shampoo your hair and massage your scalp with her magical fingers.. She's very dependable, never complain, always very respectful, reserved, quiet and humble and for all these qualities and more i love and appreciate her.
I am so proud of her dedication, hardwork and willingness to learn. I am beyond honored to be a part of her journey. Keep believing in yourself, stay passionate and never stop learning Lili.
