The Glastonbury Police Department is hosting a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar (July 8–10) designed for ages 17–30, with a focus on personal safety and college preparedness.

This is an amazing opportunity for young women in our community.

The Glastonbury Police Department will be hosting a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar from July 8–10.

This program is designed for women ages 17–25, with a primary focus on college campus safety and personal protection strategies. Participants must be Glastonbury residents and able to attend all three days of the seminar.

Please note that while the course is not overly strenuous, it does require a moderate level of physical agility.
