✨ Booking Update ✨

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a few important updates to my booking policies to help keep things running smoothly and fairly for all clients.

• The cancellation/no-show fee has been updated to 35% of the scheduled service (previously 25%).
• New clients are now required to include who referred them when booking. This is an option on the booking site, and appointments submitted without this information will be automatically declined.

These changes are in place to better protect my time, my business, and the experience I provide to each of you.

I truly appreciate your continued support, understanding, and loyalty as my business continues to grow. You all mean so much to me, and I’m so grateful to have you in my chair 🤍
