Friends, clients and family

I have had 3 cancellations for this Friday. Last week I had 2 cancellations the week before I had 4 cancellations.

When you are booking appointments not just with me but with any service provider please be mindful that is TIME you are taking off their schedule that they cannot usually fill in such short notice. We understand life happens but please also understand this is how we pay our bills and take care of our families too.

Moving forward we are sadly put in a position to implement and even stricter cancalletion policy than before. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice will be 50% of the appointment, no shows 100% - your appointment is also not secure without a valid card on file.

Clients with a history of cancelling last minute ( 2 times short notice cancellations -48 hours) will be subject to a non refundable 50$ deposit on top of the cancellation policies in place.

Last month I kept hinting that BIG things were happening for us Pins Studio , LLC

If you have been a long time client of mine you know that I had a pipe dream. I wanted to eventually move our location to a ground level to better serve our clients! Well, the time has finally come and we are doing just that!

We are relocating to what is now Passions Beauty Boutique. While it will become the staff at Passions is staying with us! We are so excited to join forces with Darlene Matter Rains and her team. If you are a current client of theirs, nothing will change for you just a few more stylists to greet you and make you feel loved when you see your current stylist😍💓

For our clients, the only thing changing for you is coming to a new beautiful sparkly location, and some more talented ladies to admire and feel right at home with🥰

We truly cannot wait! With that being said we are closing Pins from 1/28-1/31 and will reopen in our NEW location February first! If anyone has any questions please reach out to me.
