The Head Quartes has been in its current location since 1995 Earl, and Dawn are the owner op
erators of the Head Quarters since 1995..
The both hold a Masters Barber License. Earl has been a license barber since 1978. Dawn has been license barber since 1980. Kelly just recently joined as the cosmetologist of the shop making it a honorary barber/salon as well as opening up a few new services that havent been offered before. Kelly has been a license cosmetologist since 1995. Services offered:
