Anyone else obsessed with the healthy impact and results of a vibration plate? I feel so much more energized after using it. Benefits include stimulation of the lymphatic and circulatory system, activation of muscles to increase balance and strength, shortens muscle recovery time, pain relief and improve bone density. So many of us have such limited mobility in our hips from sitting for long periods of time throughout our day. Try these stretches along with light movement throughout your day. A little can go a long way. Get up at least every hour and move your body. You don’t have to be at the gym two hours a day to get the benefits of movement. Take the stairs at work, walk at lunch, just keep moving. Keep it simple. Your body and your mind will thank you!
