RECEPTIONIST HIRING

Originail Salon is looking for a motivated individual to maintain the front desk.

Responsibilities includes:

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Notify technician of clients arrival.

Book and confirm appointments via phone.

Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.

Offer beverages to clients who are in the waiting area.

Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.

Update client records with contact details, appointments and services offered.

Maintain a tidy reception area.

Process inventory orders as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

One year of receptionist experience preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, and basic typing skills.

Flexibility with schedule including availability to work days, evenings, and weekends if needed.

We expect those who work with us to be professional, dependable, punctual, and friendly.

Job Type: Part time potential full time

Salary: $12.00 /hour
