People think the hardest part of leadership

I didn’t.

I didn’t struggle because I lacked discipline.
I struggled because I didn’t believe I deserved peace.
So I overexplained.
Overworked.
Overloved.
Overgave.
I called anxiety ambition.
I called chaos chemistry.
I called survival strength.
From the outside?
Boss.
Independent.
Spiritual.
“Aligned.”
Inside?
Terrified to slow down.
Terrified to not be impressive.
Terrified that if I stopped performing… I’d disappear.
Here’s the part nobody wants to admit:
If you don’t believe you’re worthy,
you will build a life that proves it.
Worthy & Aligned was born the day I stopped performing and let that version of me die.
Not the aesthetic.
Not the highlight reel.
The funeral.
If you’re exhausted from being “the strong one”…
If you’re spiritually aware but still emotionally stuck…
If you’re successful but not safe in your own body…
You’re not broken.
You’re living in survival.
And we’re done with that.

I was the most exhausted
when I was trying the hardest to be impressive.
I thought I needed more discipline.
More structure.
More proof that I deserved to be here.
I didn’t.
I needed to believe I was already enough.
That’s the part no one talks about in leadership.
You can build the platform.
The presence.
The results.
And still feel like you’re running from something.
I was.
Everything changed when I stopped building from fear
and started building from who I actually am.
Not a better strategy.
Me.
That’s what this is about.
And I’m just getting started.

I didn’t just end the boss babe era.
I outgrew the lies I told myself inside of it.
The hustle.
The “I’m doing this all alone.”
The belief that exhaustion meant I was doing it right.
For a long time, I normalized panic-filled nights.
Racing thoughts.
Carrying everything by myself.
Convincing myself that pressure was the price of success.
Those nights are over.
Not because I quit
but, because I finally understood my worth.
I don’t glorify burnout anymore.
I don’t romanticize struggle.
And I don’t confuse suffering with strength.
This era isn’t about grinding harder.
It’s about leading differently.
Receiving support.
And telling the truth — even when it dismantles an identity I once clung to.
Real power doesn’t come from proving.
It comes from WORTHINESS.
And when you stop trying to earn your value,
everything changes.
This isn’t the end of something.
It’s the beginning of a life built from self-trust, faith, and truth.

I read something today that stopped me in my tracks:
Celebrate service, not power.
And it made me ask myself…
What am I being called to do that I haven’t fully stepped into yet?
For a long time, I’ve felt a pull to lead women.
To inspire.
To speak truth.
To help others remember who they are.
And there comes a moment where awareness isn’t enough anymore.
Where you have to take accountability for the calling on your life.
For me, that moment is NOW.

The Arizona State Board of Cosmetology changed their policy and rules for being a Professional Lash Artist! 🙏
This NEW Bill was just 𝘗𝘈𝘚𝘚𝘌𝘋 and the new application process is good to go as of May 2024! 🤩
Now instead of being a Licensed Aesthetician and/or Cosmetologist, you just have to have a 30/Hour Lash training from a Board Certified Academy School. 👏👏
So, if you were trained after October 2023, you will need to receive an updated training program so that you meet the required state board licensing requirements.
