Hi, I’m Barbie, the woman behind Boss Beauty. 🖤

What started with a love for beauty turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined: a luxury hair and makeup team, an incredible group of talented women, and hundreds of clients who have trusted us with some of the biggest moments of their lives.

And while I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built, I’ll be the first to say, I didn’t build this alone.

God has opened doors I couldn’t have opened myself, redirected me when I needed it, placed the right people in my path, and given me a vision for this business that has grown far beyond what I originally pictured.

And then there’s my team.

Boss Beauty wouldn’t be Boss Beauty without the women behind it. The artists who show up, pour into our clients, represent this brand with so much talent and professionalism, and believe in what we’re building together. I may have started Boss Beauty, but we built what it is today.

Because to me, luxury has never been just about hair and makeup. It’s in the details, the communication, the professionalism, and the way our clients feel when our team walks into the room. It’s making sure they feel completely taken care of on one of the biggest days of their lives.

Behind the scenes, I’m still dreaming up what’s next, building the systems, solving the problems, growing our team, and probably thinking about Boss Beauty when I should be sleeping. 😂

But above everything, I’m a wife, a mom, a woman of faith, a business owner, a makeup artist, and a leader who believes that when God gives you a vision, you work for it.

You stay humble. You stay grateful. You take care of the people building alongside you. And when another door opens, you walk through it.

I’m incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come, and even more excited for where we’re going.
