Model Requirements:

✨ Must consent to before & after photos and the use of images on social media
✨ Must return for a required 2-week follow-up appointment
✨ Submit a recent, unfiltered photo through the application form
✨ Must be available on September 17 from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Please note that no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted due to the nature of model appointments.
