【和風脆炒新鮮馬鈴薯 / Japanese style stir-fly fresh potatoes】
新鮮馬鈴薯 4~5大顆
新鮮洋蔥 1/2個
培根 (最好為密封裝) 100克左右
蒜頭 1瓣
鹽・胡椒 適量
乾燥荷蘭芹 適量
1. 將馬鈴薯去皮後切成一口大小,用少量的水蒸煮,或是用保鮮膜包住後用微波爐加熱5分鐘左右(之後過火即可)。洋蔥與蒜頭切薄片,培根切1公分寬備用。
"2. 培根與蒜片用中火爆香,培根出油後加入洋蔥後翻炒至上色,
加入馬鈴薯繼續翻炒。"
3. 炒至馬鈴薯焦脆後,用鹽與胡椒調味,最後點綴荷蘭芹即完成。
*極適合當下酒菜的一品,推薦撒上滿滿黑胡椒,風味更佳。
*購買培根時,請選擇食品標示中化學添加物較少的商品。

4~5 pcs of fresh potatoes
1/2 pc of fresh onion
100 g Bacon (Better to be sealed packs)
A clove of garlic
Some salt, pepper
Some dried parsley
"1.Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized. Steam with less water or wrapped with plastic wrap and heat up about 5 mintutes in the microwave.(would be ok after stir-fly)
Slice the onions and garlic and cut the bacon into 1 cm wide slice. "
"2.Add the bacons and the sliced garlic into the pan over medium heat.
Use the oil from the bacon to stir-fly the onions until brown then add the potatoes. "
3. Toss the potatoes turning golden. Seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and the dish may be served.
*Perfect match with alcohol. Full dressing with black pepper is recommended.
*Choose the bacon with less chemical additives from the food labels while shopping.

【味噌金平風紅蘿蔔絲點綴碎核桃 / Shredded carrots with chopped walnuts and miso sauce】
紅蘿蔔 一根
核桃 一小撮
清酒 兩小匙
味噌 兩小匙
胡麻油 適量
1.將紅蘿蔔去皮切絲,核桃剁碎。
2.用胡麻油開中火熱鍋,加入紅蘿蔔炒至熟軟
3.加入清酒及味噌後蓋上鍋蓋,開弱火2~3分鐘,最後稍微拌炒一下起鍋完成。
*使用味噌與核桃可以豐厚金平料理的風味。
*用弱火悶煮可以彰顯紅蘿蔔天然的甜味。

2 teaspoons miso
Some sesame oil
1.1 pic of carrot, peeled and sliced. Some chopped walnuts.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a work over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fly until softened
3. Add the sake and the miso then cover with a lid. Turn on low heat for 2~3 Mins. Stir-fly a bit and the dish may be served.
*Add the Richness by using the miso and walnuts.
*The nature sweetness of carrots can stand out by steaming over low heat.

【週末料理教室 KOKORO kitchen 阪本三穂 簡介 / Weekend Cooking Workshop KOKORO kitchen - Miho Sakamto's profile 】
1984年出生於日本靜岡縣
畢業於北海道大學 生命科學院 分子生物學碩士。
中學的時候,因為減肥導致長達15年的飲食障礙(暴食與厭食之間搖擺),體重也在30公斤到70公斤之間反反覆覆,因此思考如何可以讓自己健康快樂的享受飲食。
在持續正職的工作中,以自身經驗從2014年開始以「身心的健康」為主軸,在營養學與健康調理教學之下,創立KOKORO KITCHEN週末料理教室。
從日常飲食創業不易的領域中,以獨特的料理課程與講座為主,從週末開始經營副業,僅在一年就成功轉正業,現在也於東京・大阪・名古屋巡迴教學中,也常受邀參與媒體演出。
以日本唯一心靈療癒的料理教室受到注目,舉辦的活動只於社群網站(Facebook, Instergram)上宣傳數日即全數額滿,每月來自全國各地的學生,3年半內即有1200名以上學員參加。
現在也以「讓媽媽成為家裡的飲食治療師!」的社會為目標,活動持續進行中。

Born in Shizuoka, Japan. (1984)
Master Degree of Division of Soft Matter in faculty of Life Schience, Hokkaido University
I used to have eating disorder for 15 years since junior high (between Binge eating and anorexia) and my weight was boucing around 30kgs to 70 kgs. So, I start to consider how to enjoy food healthy and happliy.
With a normal full-time job in company, the KOKORO KITCHEN Weekend Cooking Workshop is created in 2014 based on "Life and Mental Health" as core value by my personal experience.
Creating the business in food field is definitely not an easy job. By Unique cooking workshops on weekends as sideline, it became to my full-time job in only 1 year. Recently, the workshops has held in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya regularly. Thanks to the supports for the workshops, I am also well invited to appear in media programs.
To be noticed as only one "Life&Mind Healing" cooking workshop in Japan, every lecture promoted in Facebook &Instergram has been fully booked. By students from different area in Japan, there are over 1,200 students attended the workshops in 3 and a half years.
"Mom As The Health therapist For Family" is the vision to be promoted for the sociaty.
