At Michelle's Beautique & Salon it is our desire to be recognized for our abilities to present a friendly atmosphere as we perform the latest trends in the beauty industry. You are invited to take a walk down memory lane while shopping in our eclectic boutique. We know that you will enjoy your experience in our full service Salon and Boutique and we welcome you to join our forever growing family. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance - as a courtesy to the staff member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. In the event that you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 72 hours. We will schedule an appointment at no cost to you to address any concerns. Unfortunately, if you tried to remedy any chemical services at home, we do not offer this guarantee due to the nature of unprofessional coloring products. We are confident we can remedy all situations if given the opportunity, therefore we do no offer refunds. Product Guarantee: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all hair products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of original.
