LDN is being explored for its potential role in inflammation and autoimmune conditions, but it’s important to remember that these uses are still considered off-label, and research is ongoing.
And while I’ve personally had a great experience with LDN as part of my Hashimoto’s journey, that doesn’t mean it’s the right fit for everyone!
A few things worth knowing:

💊 Dosing is individualized and typically adjusted gradually.
💊 It can interfere with opioid pain medications, so ALWAYS discuss it with your medical team before a procedure.
The biggest takeaway? Just because a medication has potential benefits doesn’t mean we skip the conversation about risks, side effects, and whether it actually makes sense for YOU.
