Eve’s Locs Sisterlocks™ Establishment Policy

Welcome to Eve’s Locs. With over 14 years of professional experience as a Certified Sisterlocks™ Consultant, we are dedicated to providing you with the excellence, precision, and high-quality care associated with the official Sisterlocks™ brand.

1. Booking & Financial Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due after service completion. Payment is accepted via PayPal, Cash App, or cash. All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.

Final Balance: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the establishment.

Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Cash App, or Cash.

Refund Policy: Because your payment covers the time, labor, and expertise required to establish Sisterlocks™, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun. Please do not submit your deposit unless you are certain about your decision to proceed.

2. Post-Establishment Care & The "Recheck."

To ensure a smooth start, follow these aftercare instructions:

Complimentary First Retightening: Your first retightening (the "Recheck") is provided at no cost.

Scheduling: This visit will be scheduled immediately upon completion of your initial establishment, typically within a 4- to 5-week window.

3. Ongoing Maintenance & Fees

Consistency is key to maintaining your Sisterlocks™. After your complimentary recheck, schedule all retightenings every 4 to 6 weeks. Standard sessions are $300 for 3 to 4 hours; sessions over 4 hours are $75 per extra hour due to excessive growth or missed appointments.

Regular Maintenance Schedule: After the initial recheck, all subsequent retightenings should be scheduled within a 4- to 6-week timeframe.

Investment: Standard retightening sessions are priced at $300 and last approximately 3 to 4 hours.

Extended Sessions: A rate of $75 per hour will apply to any session that exceeds 4 hours due to excessive growth, skipped appointments, or hair that has not been properly maintained between visits.

4. Quality & Liability

Professional Standards: Every effort will be made to ensure the customer receives quality work in accordance with industry standards and the Sisterlocks™ brand.

Eve’s Locs is not responsible for hair or products bought from third-party vendors for extensions.

Agreement: By submitting your deposit and booking with Eve’s Locs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed above. We look forward to being a part of your loc journey!
