David was EXCELLENT! I've had a lot of massages in my life and he was by far the BEST. David holds this beautiful balance between being professional but also caring, solid in science but also sensitive to the unseen energy and intuition of what the client needs.

He also took time to show me some stretches and explain things he referenced so I could continue to address the tight/stuck areas in my body that were discovered. If you're open to energy work I would definitely recommend checking it out. I got the sense that David really knows what he is doing. I wished I lived in the area as I'd come back regularly...here on vacation but would definitely come back again.

I've been getting massage treatment for most of my adult life and David Vredenburg is by far the best! He listens to the patient and to the body. His treatments are therapeutic and he focuses on healing. David is not a "fluffy" massage! He works the muscles and provides insight and education to his patients. I highly recommend!!!!
