Uplifted Cryo Glenview

One of our clients, that I was instantly drawn to, shared a part of her story with me recently and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the beauty of it.

Caroline, and her business partner, Molly Curley, own a fine jewelry atelier. They seem to be an extraordinary pair, each bringing their strengths to this exquisite brand. It’s not found everywhere , it’s not mass produced… each piece is unique, artistically created, made by hand in Italy and limited in quantity. You will never walk into a room and see your necklace on someone else’s neck, but that’s not even the best part.

The part that moved me is her story with Barbara Parker Fine Jewelry, that started with Caroline’s mother wearing their pieces and building quite a collection, then gifting Caroline her own pieces. The jewelry continues to be handed down, with stories attached to each one and those stories become a part of every beautiful piece which gives it its true value.

This collection started long before Caroline ever imagined she would one day be instrumental in carrying it forward. Caroline and her partner are stewarding the atelier’s legacy with excitement, creativity, collaboration, and unparalleled artistic talent to keep Barbara Parker Fine Jewelry exactly what it is: classic and timeless.

Three generations, one thread of gold and stories running through all of them, and I know this tradition will continue on.

I’ve had the privilege of being in Caroline’s presence, and there is a stillness to her. A peaceful strength that is grounded, joyful, wise, intuitive, and generous. I see so much of that in the pieces she and her partner are creating right now. Intentional. Stunning. Bold. Incredibly unique. Made to last far longer than any of us will…

Lily is leaving for the summer to head back to her sophomore year at University in Texas. She plays volleyball and is excited to get back on the court and even more excited for classes, homework, studying, office hours with her professors, study groups, tutoring, library time, Saturday evening homework group…. 😃
