DEAR VALUE CUSTOMERS,
As we are getting ready to re-open our salon on June 2nd , we will have safety guidelines recommended by the state and local health departments in place to help protect our community. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are committed to protecting our clients and workers by implementing the following safety protocols. Thank you for your patience as we try to transition into this new phase. Thank you for supporting us over the past many years.
**There will be no more than 10 people inside the salon, this includes both the workers and clients. This will ensure proper social distancing of 6 feet from one another.
**We are taking appointments only. Please specify your services so that we can manage our time properly, 1 client per worker at a time.
**If you have an appointment, please do not bring your family, friends, or kids with you who are not receiving any services, they cannot wait in the waiting area.
**All our staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (smocks, face shield, mask, and gloves). All staffs must wash their hands for 20 seconds before and after each client.
**Upon entering, all clients must take a contactless temperature.
**All clients entering must wear their own mask (we do not provide masks).
**All clients must wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before we begin your services.
**Upon entering, all clients must read and sign a waiver form before we begin services.
**Sanitation and Disinfection are continuously performed before and after each client throughout the day.
STOP DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
1. If you are sick or if you have a cold or flu-like symptoms for the past 14 days (fever, coughing, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, etc). You must reschedule your appointment. I would love to see you when you are well again.
2. If you come in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
3. If you have traveled in the past 30 days to any locations restricted under the “DO NOT TRAVEL GLOBAL LEVEL 4 HEALTH ADVISORY TRAVEL”
