Had a weekend filled with self care and rejuvenation while my boys where in AZ… much needed alone time.
However, Elden and I had a lovely mom & son bike ride when he got back. Kicked my ass, but I loved hearing all of his commentary about the terrain, speed, and surroundings….Along with him telling me to stay calm and take deep breaths 😍😂

As I continue to craft my customized Reiki coaching course I would love to receive your feedback!
What questions do you have about Reiki?
What might hold you back from trying a reiki session, or receiving an attunement and becoming a Reiki practitioner?
If you’d rather ask privately, feel free to dm me!
I’ll answer your questions in future posts and would love to create a workshop around the needs of people interested but unsure about Reiki!

Reiki Share aka Reiki Exchange aka Reiki Circle
A supportive, safe, and fun community for like minded Reiki healers to come together in sacred space. To share their love and curiosity for Reiki, experience other people’s healing energy, set intentions, release what no longer serves and co-create divine healing sessions for each person. We will celebrate our wins (big and small) and learn from each other through themed lessons.
There is something special about being in a room of people from many different backgrounds and careers, who come together to share something that not everyone “gets”. Where your magical, witchy, energetic, spiritual, and woo woo self is welcome to come as you are, be seen, learn from others and share your own experience.
LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE

I AM STAR.
This is the powerful affirmation I received yesterday. I was felt into what it meant from within and a few things came through … I AM (despite of my self doubt) here in this life to be a 🌟, to shine my light and empower others to do the same!
I AM magnetic. A reminder to use my five senses when I need to come back to the present and radiate the energy I wish to receive.
Today, I found this depiction of a five pointed star and instantly felt like “Yep! That makes totally sense!”
It represents the connection bonding human spirit to Mother Nature. ❤️
Sometimes things appear that we don’t quite understand but when we take the time to feel into it, something beautiful unfolds.
This is a reminder to me that there are people out there who are waiting to receive what I have to offer, I just have to step up and out of my comfort zone to be that guiding light.
