Tend To Your Spirit

Tend To Your Spirit ~ a great day off.
I am grateful for my friendships and time away in nature.
Wishing everyone a happy holiday weekend, enjoying time with the people and in the places that lift your spirit up.

Tend To Your Spirit ~ always a fun night out when you can get together for some much needed friendship conversations.

Tend To Your Spirit ~ So fun when your co-worker asks you to run away to see a show in Vegas and the response is 🙌 we’ve been hearing about the Sphere from so many clients so we decided to take a quick trip to see Oz.
It did not disappoint!!
And meeting up with Chelsea to experience the show was awesome!!! Thank you for hanging with us.
Tend to your own spirit ~ say yes to something you’ve never done. Take the trip. See a friend.

Had so much fun getting out and enjoying some much needed play time with these amazing ladies.

Tend To Your Spirit ~ making time for a live concert 🎶 and a hang out with a friend will always lift my spirit! And best of all she is my friend who gets me to buy a ticket to an event months in advance so that it is on the calendar! One thing I’ve learned is that if you don’t plan it you do it.

Tend To Your Spirit ~ This weekend, I had an appointment to experience a facial from
Liscenced Esthetician Olivia, who has joined us at MARR. She is absolutely amazing, and the facial was perfect. I highly recommended her!!!
book with her now, and read her profile at

MARR MASSAGE 30 MINUTE STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT

Tending To Your Spirit, this morning it looked like meeting up with a friend and just being honest with where I am at mentally. It isn’t always easy but friendships make it a lot easier.
So much love to the woman who don’t judge and just show up authentically.

Tend To Your Spirit ~ saying YES 🙌

Red Rocks 🪨 Santana 🎸 Great Company

Yes to spending time with a friend, yes to live music and yes to taking some time off of work. We enjoyed some sun, wind, rain and a sky view of lightning. Thank you Trina for the phone call the invite and a super fun two night event 🤣
