As Christians, we all strive to live lives that reflect Jesus’ presence in us. But what does that actually look like in practice? It is the life of one who treats others with compassion, who is not boisterous or meddlesome, and who is diligent and faithful in all things. When we allow Jesus to shine through us in this way, people see Him, admire Him, and want to know Him more because of the good that He has done in us.

Yesterday at 2:50pm I lost my Mother , Velma Joyce Carr Fryar!!! My earthly secret keeper and prayer partner !!! Some of her words are( always be the better person, if we work just a little bit longer we’ll be finish) My favorite! ( Pray for Wisdom, Health and Wealth) She will always live in our heart and mind! ❤️🙏🏼🌹

The Israelites rejoiced with success when they followed instructions from God on how to conquer Jericho. God provides us with a clear plan of action regarding sin when we surrender our lives to Him. We turn to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to convict us of our sins. The Holy Spirit will then pinpoint the darkness we need to remove. With sin removed, peace and happiness overflow.

Dear Lord, we call upon Your Spirit to convict us of our sinful nature. We desire to remove all sin from our lives and align our plan to Yours. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

With their six wings and countless eyes, the creatures in Revelation 4 are unlike anything that we see on earth. But let’s not let their appearance cause us to lose sight of their actions. Their purpose is to worship and praise God. And someday, we can look forward to an eternity of complete joy in the presence of our God, where we too will join them in singing “Holy, holy, holy!”

In medicine, we heal wounds with water, ointments, and bandages. All of these things promote and accelerate healing. It seems crazy to us, then, God would heal us by inflicting wounds. But that’s exactly what He did. Our spiritual wounds were not going to heal themselves, so God transferred the wound of our sin to Himself in the person of Jesus, to complete the healing from sin that we could never complete.

Isaiah was dirty and full of sin. He was unworthy to see God's holiness. Then the heavenly being took a hot coal from God's alter. He put it on Isaiah lips and his sins were taken away and cleansed. Similarly, Jesus cleanses us who have faith in Him. He cleanses us and He makes us pure. Jesus Christ is our only hope of salvation from our wickedness. He is the only way to the Father and to heaven. Do you have faith in Jesus to remove your sins? If you cannot confidently answer, think and pray about it. It is always better to be sure. It is okay to not be sure; there is no shame in that. Get on your knees and ask God to reveal Himself to You. Proclaim your faith in Him and give Him your life. This is the way to salvation from your wickedness, sin, and the punishment you deserve – that we all deserve, but Jesus bore.
