Hi everyone! Thank you for coming today! We will be planning more pop-up shops for February.

A couple of notes I would like to share.

-If you accidentally break a zipper or tear one of our dresses please alert someone working in the store. Things happen, but it’s really unfortunate that we find damaged dresses after a party has left.

-We have limited sizing left in the store. Vintage sizes run small. In the formal industry there is not a set regulation for dress sizes. Vintage size 8 will typically be a modern sized 4 etc.

-Thank you for coming and supporting Sallie & George’s legacy. Even if you did not find anything in the store, I’m happy you came.

Thank you to everyone who came yesterday! We will see you next Sunday too! I’m so grateful for each person who has came to our store. I know my grandparents would be so proud that their legacy lives on in a new generation.🫶🏼

We are hosting two more pop-up shops January 19th & 26th 10am-5pm. We will keep selling inventory until all of our dresses, suits, and accessories are sold. Sizes are limited as the dresses date back to the 60s to early 2010s. Please keep in mind our store is never worn before vintage formal wear (my grandmother hand picked each piece). Cash only. Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc.

A service to celebrate Sallie’s life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Cheryl Benson officiating. The family will recieve friends prior to the service on Tuesday from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Willow Dale Cemetery in Goldsboro.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Goldsboro Friends Meeting, 1800 Salem Church Road, Goldsboro, NC 27530.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Sallie of Sallie’s Bridal gained her wings earlier this week. Please keep our family in mind as we navigate a tremendous loss.

We will continue to share her story and store with all of you. I am still honoring appointments this weekend as my grandmother would want.

We will continue when the time is right.
