She's trying to heal. While trying to grieve. While trying to forgive. While trying to let go. While trying to love. While trying to be loved.

That's a lot for one woman's soul.

And she's doing all of it simultaneously. Without a manual. Without a finish line. Without anyone fully understanding how heavy it is to carry that many open processes inside one heart at the same time.

Because healing isn't linear and neither is any of the rest of it. Some days she makes peace with something she thought she'd already buried. Some days the grief comes back wearing a different face and she has to start somewhere over again. Some days forgiveness feels within reach and some days it feels like the cruelest thing anyone ever asked of her. And through all of it she's still showing up. Still trying to stay open to love even though love is exactly what left the deepest marks.

That takes a specific kind of courage that doesn't get named enough.

To keep your heart soft while it's actively hurting. To stay open while you're still closing wounds. To want connection while you're still learning to trust your own judgment again. To let someone in while you're still letting someone else go.

She is not a mess.

She is a woman doing the most human thing imaginable.

Feeling everything. Releasing slowly. Choosing forward anyway.

Be gentle with her.
