Hey everyone! I’ve been quiet in here for a long time. You know…life.
In February we went to go visit my son up in New Jersey. On the day we were coming back, I slipped on some ice from a previous snow storm. I didn’t fall but hurt my shoulder catching my balance. Ever since, my shoulder has given me trouble.
Went to ortho and she thinks I just aggravated my rotator cuff. Trying to get it better now.
