Important Booking Update for NTRL Braid Lock & Twist Clients

Starting March 1st, booking with Charli will no longer be available through Square Appointments. All appointments, services, and pricing will now be handled exclusively through Booksy.

Please review the updated booking policies and price changes below, as they will be strictly enforced:

Updated Booking Policies
1. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
2. No Call / No Show or cancellations without 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
3. No Call / No Show clients must submit a new deposit to book again — no exceptions.
4. If dropping off a child, you must return 30 minutes before the appointment ends. A $10 fee will be charged for every additional 10 minutes.
5. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel and reschedule using the same deposit. You may reschedule only once per deposit.
6. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply.
7. Appointments will be canceled after 30 minutes of lateness.
