If you haven’t had a professional relaxer within 1 year (estimated) you would fall into the transitioning state or natural state. Clients like this would probably be booking a virgin relaxer. A virgin relaxer is put on the ends of your hair first and then worked from the root to ends to give you straight, healthy hair.
If you are not consistent with getting a professional relaxer, book a consultation and we can discuss how and what we can move forward with. Consultations are for all clients (NEW and OLD)
