NEW✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🖤

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had a HIGH number of NO SHOWS and LAST MINUTE cancellations (within 24 hours of appointments). Because of this, we will be enforcing our policy.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If an appointment is missed or canceled within 24 hours, 50% of the MISSED service will be REQUIRED before booking a future appointment.

While we are so incredibly proud of her and excited for all that’s ahead, it’s hard to put into words how much she means to us. She isn’t just a stylist, she’s family. She’s been part of the laughter, the long days, the growth, and the memories that make this place what it is.
