We will stop taking orders TONIGHT (1/31) at 11:59pm. It is truly an end of an era. It's a sad day but we are both ready. Thank you again for all of your support through the years and for your understanding during this transition in our lives. We are packing away one set of soap making equipment for future pop up sales so stay tuned.

January Update: We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!! It has been a while since we have sent an update. Things are winding down here at The Freckled Farm Soap Company and we are settling into our new normal. Many of our soaps are sold out and for any remaining varieties we have under 100 bars left. Even our most popular bars, that we really stocked up on, are starting to sell out. Laundry is completely sold out and we only have a little bit of Lavender and Peppermint Eucalyptus Goat Milk Lotion. This is truly your last chance to stock up.

I doubt our stock last until the end of the month but we will be shutting down the ability to order on January 31st either way. We will keep the website up in case we decided to do pop up sales in the future. Make sure you are on our mailing list to be notified when we do.

It has always been a tradition for us to have a sale the weekend after Thanksgiving and even though we are winding things down we didn’t want to break with tradition. From today through Monday enjoy 20% off our remaining stock when you order $50 or more of product!

Please allow up to two weeks for shipment. Hopefully we will get everything out much quicker than that but this sale usually took us a week to get out the door when we were doing the business full time. With both of us working full time off the farm now we will be balancing a lot while we try to get all of these orders together.

With both of us working off the farm now we have a processing time of 7-10 days for orders to ship out. We know this is significantly longer than what our regular customers are used to but we are working as hard as we can to get things out the door as quick as we can with our new schedule. Thank you for understanding.

August Shutdown Update:

It has been a weird, exciting, heavy, surreal weekend... Tomorrow our lives completely change. Last week was my (Crystal) last full week working for The Freckled Farm Soap Company. While I have spent the summer taking classes and planning for the upcoming school year, everything truly changes tomorrow when I attend the “New Teacher Academy” and start working at the school full time from here on out.

Kevin will be handling shipping everything out alone from now on... and we have a three check system for sending out orders, which is more time consuming but has kept our mistakes to a handful of times over the years. With all of this in mind, please be patient as he works to get orders out. Packages will only be going out Tuesday through Friday, so he can spend Monday catching up on orders from the weekend. Orders tend to stack up and it is hard to meet the USPS pick up time.

Above you will see a graph that highlights the products that we are low on or completely sold out of. If you favorite is on the “low” or “very low” list it is time to stock up. If/When we pop up to sell soap, once we both get settled into our new careers, it will only be our top selling, year round, varieties. It is very expensive to maintain so many varieties so some varieties, like the seasonals, will not be coming back at all. If you are a fan of Fall or Winter you need to get them now. We have VERY few of those left and they will not be returning.

Again, we want to thank everyone for their support and kind words during this transition. It has been a hard but exciting change. We will check back in, in September. We hope everyone has a wonderful rest of your summer and back to school for all of the students, parents, and teachers.
