Why are my clients not rebooking. It is the question I get more than any other, and the hardest part is that she
will never explain. No review, no message. She just quietly stops being on your schedule and you fill in the reason
yourself.
Most of you fill in price. It is almost never price.
Here is what usually happened. Nothing was wrong. It was pleasant, you were kind, the service was competent,
she left smooth. And nothing happened that she could not have gotten closer to her house.
Think about what actually makes a woman unable to leave. It is not the hour. It is that somebody looked at her
skin and told her something she did not know. That somebody asked what she had already tried. She cannot get
that at the cheaper place, because they are not doing it either.

My book is full and I still paid to sit in a class last month, and that is not humility, it is the job. Here is
the uncomfortable part and I think it is the real reason so many of us stop. It is not money and it is not time. It is
ego. Sitting in a class means admitting out loud that there is something you do not know, and the longer you have
been licensed the harder that gets. Meanwhile I have watched people with fifteen years confidently teach things
disproven eight years ago to rooms of newer estis. Time in this industry is not the same thing as knowledge in this
industry. And it gets easier, I promise. After the first one it is just Thursday
