This mesh integration was a partial system because she still had quite a bit of her own hair on the bottom, but the hair on top was very short due to trichotillomania.

One of the things I love about this type of system is that it can help protect the natural hair and create a barrier that makes pulling more difficult, giving the hair underneath a chance to grow out again. ❤️

I also included a few examples of me building the stand-alone system before installation. I ran out of time to take as many photos as I wanted today, but she was so excited and wanted I to capture the process as much as I could.

This turned out so pretty and blended beautifully! The transformation in fullness and coverage was amazing. 👑✨
