Today was truly a treat! ✨
I had the opportunity to do a drop-in at the National Barber Boards of America conference in Charleston alongside my father
A special moment was seeing Madam President Melissa make history as the first Black female president of this incredible organization. Representation at this level matters. 👏🏾
Also in attendance was , along with the Board Chairman for South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation and so many other leaders.
These are the decision-makers — the advocates who shape policy, implement change, and move the barbering industry forward. Being in rooms like this is a reminder that growth happens through connection, leadership, and vision.
