Do eyelash extensions ruin your natural lashes?

If they are applied with the correct techniques, as in proper isolation and placement, no they won’t cause damage! Part of why fills are recommended 2-3 weeks after each appointment is to replace the outgrown extensions with new ones to ensure the outgrown extensions don’t cause breakage✨
