Motherhood has stretched me, refined me, exhausted me, and grown me in ways I never expected. And while I spend so much time making sure everyone else is cared for, I’m learning that I can’t pour from an empty cup.

So this is your reminder, mama- don’t lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.

You’re allowed to take care of your hair, your health, your mind, your faith, your dreams, and the things that make you feel like YOU too. The season may look different than someone else’s, but that doesn’t make it any less beautiful.

And also… take the photos. Even if you feel tired. Even if life feels messy. Even when your body isn’t the same as it used to be. One day your kids won’t see the extra weight, the insecurities, or the things you picked apart about yourself in this season. They’ll just see their mom. The one who loved them, held them, & showed up for them. 🤍
