Whipped Body Butter in Bergamot, and 🤩NEW for the store 🤩🤩Magnesium Oil Spray in original, lavender, and wild orange +chamomile. Topical magnesium oil has been nearly life changing for me, if I dare say! I CAN SLEEP. 😴😴😴😴 So sound and so solid after struggling A LOT over the last year. And my body feels more calm and steady. After researching and studying I’ve learned magnesium helps to regulate many functions in the body including: muscle function and contractions, nervous system function, plays a role in energy production, helps to maintain a healthy heart rhythm, helps maintain electrolyte balance, and of course supports relaxation and restful sleep. It is suggested to spray several sprays on your body with key places including feet, legs, shoulders/neck, and personally I like my palms. I have increased my number of sprays over time to what felt right and I’ve found my sweet spot and I can tell because of how well I now sleep. A little different set of hours this week. After celebrating my grand daughter’s 3rd birthday yesterday, tomorrow I will support my sweet mama who will be having hip replacement surgery (prayers appreciated). I will focus on helping her these next few days SO, here are my hours for last part of the week! I will resume my Tuesday hours and more next week! Excited to share soon a few new things!
