Sorry I have been quiet. I have battling asthmatic bronchitis for the last 3.5 wks. This last week has been awful. The meds didn't work, asked for another round and they don't have time for me, they recommended urgent care.. Seriously!?
So, I have made a new blend of loose leaf tea.. Hibiscus, mullein and spearmint. Will keep you posted on this journey.
