This October, carve out some time for a massage!🎃
Frequently clients will ask me: when do YOU get a massage? I usually say: I don't.😔
Last week, I got a massage.🥳To be honest, I booked it because I had slept wrong and my neck was so tight I was having trouble turning my head.🗿
On the morning of my appointment, I was dealing with some stress and I really wasn't in a good mood when I climbed onto the massage table. Pain & stress tend to amplify each other.😫
By the time my massage was done, my neck was so much better and so was my outlook on life! 🤩
I really did not realize how badly I needed that! WOW!🤯
It was a powerful reminder of how much I neglect my own self care. Mind and body. I am planning to be much more intentional about scheduling something for myself. 💆🏻♀️One hour a month is really small but so necessary!
When is the last time you took care of yourself? Come see me!
🍂🍁The table is cozy and the stones are ready!😌 Share this with an achy friend!
