At Calming Hands Massage & Wellness, We value both our clients’ time and our therapists’ time. Each appointment is carefully reserved to ensure the best possible experience, which is why we ask for notice when changes occur.

To respect the time of our therapists and other clients waiting for appointments, our cancellation policy is being strictly enforced.

▫️Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

▫️Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment may be charged a no-show fee.

▫️Fees must be resolved before future appointments can be scheduled.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to work with you when unexpected situations arise.
