Cancellation policy:
Cancellations and reschedules made 48 hours or less before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Should you fall ill and be unable to attend your appointment, please ensure you follow our cancellation and rescheduling policy. No call no show policy:
No-call, no-shows are not tolerated. This will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) and termination of any future services with 'Lashed by Kay'. Late policy:
A 10-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled appointment time. Please communicate if you are running late so we can make necessary adjustments. Please allow enough time for restroom visits before your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, you may need to reschedule, and a 50% fee will be charged. If I do not hear from you, you will be considered a no-show, and a fee will be charged accordingly, along with termination of service(s). Repeated late arrivals may result in client suspension. In such cases, you will be given the option of a referral list for other local artists. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all new and existing clients to schedule appointments. This card will be used for fee purposes and may also serve as payment for services. If a fee is declined due to insufficient funds or invalid card information, you will be terminated and ineligible for future services with 'Lashed by Kay.'

Alternative payment methods include cash, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Deposit info:
New and existing clients scheduling a full set are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure your first initial appointment. This should be paid immediately after booking through Apple Pay (816-785-3575) or Venmo @lashedbykayy. Once your deposit is received your appointment will be accepted. Failure to do so will result in a decline of service but are more than welcome to reschedule with a paid deposit. All deposits will go towards your overall cost day of the appointment. This is not subject to transfer and is nonrefundable. All service transactions and sales are final and non-refundable. If you're scheduling an appointment but have lash extensions on from a previous artist please schedule a removal and new set of choice as I don't lash over other artists’ work.
