We have some sweet news to share from The Lex! 🤍

Our very own Holli welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Natalie Meadow, on September 8th!

Natalie weighed 8 lbs. 11 oz. and is healthy and doing amazing. Mama is doing great too!

Holli you are such a special part of The Lex, and we are so excited to celebrate this new chapter with you and your family. We already love this sweet girl and couldn’t be happier for you!!!

✨ THE START OF A SOFTER GRAY GROW-OUT ✨

My client has worn her hair really dark for years, but as more gray has started coming in, we wanted to make that grow-out a little softer.

And yes—it’s totally okay to still cover the gray! 🙌🏼 Sometimes the goal isn’t to stop covering it, but to lighten the overall hair so there isn’t such a harsh contrast when those gray roots start growing back in.

We started with a full highlight to break up the darkness, covered her gray with a lighter root color, and finished with a toner to blend everything together.

This is definitely a process, but such a great first step toward a softer, brighter color and an easier grow-out. 🤍✨

Today was a FULL DAY at The Lex!✨

For the first time, our entire team is officially together now that Jillian has joined us full-time! What a fun milestone to celebrate.

With 36 clients in the salon today, our chairs stayed full, the conversations never stopped, and there was plenty of laughter in between.

I’m so thankful for our incredible clients who choose us, for a busy salon that continues to grow, and for the best coworkers we could ever ask for. We truly have something special here.
