We know this because it happened to us. That 4.9 was good while it lasted that one day. 😆The ⭐️ reviewer said our crust on our sourdough was very sour. The inside was good though. Service was 4, atmosphere 4 but they gave us 1 star. You can’t make this up. Reviews matter y’all. Small businesses rely heavily on them. Especially in tourist areas like both of our locations are. We’re so thankful for all those who have taken the time to review us!! if we screw up, we will sure own it but boy do I have to BITE my tongue over the ridiculous ones. 🤐
