It is hard to come to terms with this, because I LOVE meeting new people, but in order to maintain a healthy amount of work and home life balance, I am unable to take new clients at this time. I would love to continue taking new people in the future, but I just don't have the capacity of time to introduce new people to my schedule without taking time away for my current clientele.

Facebook has finally let me officially change the name of this page to Caitlin at The Ultimate Look 😁 It had been a frustrating couple of months trying to get it to let me update the name but I'm excited that it's finally changed. I've been feeling so grateful and blessed to be able to start living a new chapter of my own book 🌱 📖

There’s a reason New Year’s Resolutions often don’t work… you’re expecting yourself to be a completely different and perfect person. And when you don’t measure up you get angry at yourself and say cruel things 🙈

“I’m so stupid. Why can’t I just be better?”

“I’m such a failure.”

“Once again, I mess up. I don’t know why I even try.”

Truth is, you’re human 🙃 You’re going to mess up and you’re going to look back and see how you could have done things differently.

Instead of going into the New Year putting pressure on yourself, give yourself some grace and compassion.

“I want to make a few changes, and I’ll will work hard at them. But I also know I’ll mess up from time to time and that’s okay. I’ll learn and keep going”

“I’m already a good person, I’ve just made some mistakes. That’s okay! I will work on what I can, but I won’t beat myself up if I mess up”

Head into the New Year appreciating all you’ve been, faced, and overcame. Then go after your goals while giving yourself space to be human ✨

She had about a half inch of regrowth and some serious banding that we were able to work through today. Very happy with the outcome for this 😊💙
