The price with the one postpartum treatment in your home is $370 or if you decide to do all 3 at Juniper the package price is $215. These sessions would be best booked for Mothers who are giving birth August or later to give proper spacing in appointments.

Madalyn’s work is centered around helping clients find greater ease, regulation, and connection within their bodies through slow, integrative therapeutic bodywork.

Madalyn believes that relaxation and therapeutic work are deeply connected. In her approach, lasting relief happens when the nervous system feels safe enough for the body to soften and release chronic holding patterns. By working slowly and intentionally with both the muscles and fascia, she helps clients experience deeper relaxation while supporting meaningful, lasting change within the body.

Known for her grounded presence and flowing, attentive approach, clients often describe her work as deeply calming, restorative, and supportive of both physical and emotional wellbeing.

This past month Heather had the opportunity to enjoy and absorb all kinds of knowledge from a Pregnancy massage guru in North Carolina - Claire Marie Miller - and she is so excited to bring the beauty of those sessions back here to Juniper Wellness.

Inspired by this class, Heather will now offer a Integrative Pregnancy massage for 90 Minute sessions.

This is done completely side lying ( I know you love the pregnancy pillow, but I promise this is worth it!) and includes stretching and gentle Range of Motion, reflexology points, abdominal massage, lymph massage, as well as focusing on easing muscle tension.

Heather is currently booking new client sessions into July and on. If you're in the early stages of pregnancy lets chat and get a plan started for your pregnancy journey.

May is turning out to be a beautiful month - the weather is finally showing us its good side. Growth is happening in the office and you'll start to see new faces. New classes have been taken. We're excited to share that our team is growing and growing! You can now book appointments with our new Massage Therapist - Cary Rea - on Tuesday afternoons downtown Grand Haven.

Cary is dedicated to helping clients move toward greater comfort, balance, and overall wellness. His work focuses on soothing pain, restoring ease of movement, and supporting the body's natural ability to return to homeostasis.

Cary has trained twice in Myofascial Release and incorporates a variety of modalities into his sessions, including hot stones, cupping, and gua sha.

He takes a thoughtful, individualized approach with clients and works with underlying patterns of tension.

Outside of his wellness practice, Cary is an expert home - building carpenter, enjoys hiking, biking, foraging, gardening, cooking, and being a dad.

Work trip part 2:

I am absolutely so obsessed and grateful for what I’m up to this weekend. This week I have the honor to be training with THE Claire Marie Miller on her blueberry farm in North Carolina.

I’ve been wanting to study with her for at least 10 years and I knew I had to get in before she retires. She has spent 48 years in the massage industry focusing on women and teaching - this week we’re studying Pregnancy, Postpartum, Infant.

I am learning so much! And NC is just beautiful. I will definitely be back to soak up as much knowledge as I can!
