Monday feel-good moment 🫶

Today, one of my clients told me she can finally wear a pair of jeans she hasn't been able to fit into for years. 🙌
But more important to me was how happy it made her🥹

I'm sharing this with her permission because I think it should be said:
You don't have to be a size 2 to celebrate your progress.
Every body deserves to feel healthy, strong, and confident.
It's not about comparing yourself to someone else.
It's about becoming a better version of you.

We wanted to share a bit about the Bachman family from them.
They are not only the girls teammates but friends and part of our ABCDD family.
Softball isn’t just what happens on the field. It’s the relationships built and supporting each other. 🫶

“Our family is made up of sports, activities, and love. Braelyn, Brynlee, and Gillian have all been in the ABCDD league since 6u. Besides getting better at softball, the girls have met some of their best friends through the league. Griffey is more of a soccer and swim team kind of guy but loves to run the score board and cheer for his sisters.
We are the chauffeurs and cheerleaders for all activities.
Grant has been an assistant coach for Braelyn’s teams the past 2 years, but this year has had to take more of a backseat due to all of his kidney issues.
He received a kidney transplant Feb 18th. Unfortunately not everything went according to plan and he has been hospitalized and had multiple surgeries since that transplant. The most recent occurring Monday July 13.
Doctors are hopeful that things are finally on the right track.

We want to thank everyone for your thoughts, prayers and donations.
ABCDD softball has been so much more than what happens on the field. A support system beyond measure and we are so grateful!”🙏❤️
