1. Plug in your humidifier

*it’s not doing a single thing for you by sitting in the closet*

Put it next to your bed and enjoy your sleep. 😴

2. Stop towel drying your face🚫

Here in the desert we fight two battles every winter. Low environmental humidity and TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss).

You *need* the extra water on your skin.
It’s an easy fix I promise.
Just take the towel, put it under the faucet and turn it on. Then you can use the moist towel to remove excess product, dripping water etc.
And your skin still has that extra hydration that it so badly needs.😇

Quit introducing bacteria to an already inflamed area of your body. 🙏🏾
