With a heavy heart, I am announcing that I am closing Loma Wax Company at the end of November. As many of you know, I have started a new career as a nurse. This is a highly rewarding job, but is also physically and emotionally demanding... especially during a pandemic. For these reasons and many more, I've decided to close my little company.
Many of you have supported this little endeavor from the beginning, and I thank you. I have learned so much from starting and running this business. I have met and made friends out of so many amazing people because of this experience. I will definitely miss being able to tell people the fun fact about me is that I run a 'little mustache wax company'; but that's how life goes. Seasons have change, and life has change.
So, thank you again. Feel free to buy the last of my products 😉. Be on the lookout for someone that's interested in buying 'a little mustache wax company' 🙃. Take care of yourself and your community during these unusual times. Get Outside and Buy Local.

Let's face it. Loma Wax Company is not an essential business, and because I work in healthcare, I'm at a greater risk at contracting COVID-19. For these reasons, I have shut my little business down for the time being (which started last week... but nobody noticed 🤣).

With all of this said, Loma Wax can still make a positive impact in this situation. The entire stock of hand salves has been donated to local healthcare workers. These days they are washing their hands more than ever and are finding that they are dryer than ever. Hopefully this helps them.

Please try to make a positive impact as well. Buy someone working hard (there's a lot these days) a meal by gifting them a gift card to a local restaurant. Call a friend who is lonely. Or just keep yourself safe by social distancing and thus keeping your community safe.
