We just wanted to take a moment and celebrate Rachel! Being a consistent member of Kutthaus Neuro Inc., she is showing incredible improvements! Today, she increased her 1 minute max push-ups from 16 (in July) to 32 today! Also, moving up to the 35 # bar in the landmine press (from the 15) and swinging the 13 # KB up from the 9 #.
