Hello all,
Now that the wound is not as fresh, it is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that I am no longer working at Beautifeye Day Spa. And I will be taking a break from the hair industry. This has been one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make.

One thing they don't tell you about this industry is how hard it is to actually make it, how much you will struggle, how much you will begin to doubt yourself and your skills, and how many times you will be beat down in every way imaginable. And let me tell you, friends, I am so very tired... My fire is not out, but it has definitely dwindled with the cards that life has dealt me concerning my career in the last 5 years. And I need some time to recollect myself. I'm not sure when I will be returning to the industry...

I want to thank all my clients, friends and family who have supported me throughout this roller coaster of a career. Thank you for all the wonderful memories, stories and experiences I've gotten to share with all of you, and thank you for letting me work my magic on you 💜

What a fun project this was. It is literally the most heartwarming thing to have a client tell you their hair turned out better than they could have imagined, and that it looked better than their inspo picture. My heart is full 💞

Can you believe that she got her hair done only a WEEK before I worked my magic on it? I had to get this blondie back to bright and beautiful ✨😍 We just had to get rid of that dark, dingy “blonde”

FUN FACT ‼️
9/10 times when removing purple semi permanent color, the hair will lift to GREEN. Now why is that? You would think RED 🔴 + BLUE 🔵 = PURPLE 🟣 right?
So where did the green come from? Well, since most semi permanent purples are a BLUE based purple, so when you start to lift purple out, the blue tone is what is left behind the most and/or is the last tone to lift out. And in order to apply purple to anyone's hair, you need to lift it first, to a pale yellow. And what do YELLOW 🟡 + BLUE 🔵 make? That's right ladies and gents, GREEN 🟢. This is your friendly reminder to book an appointment with your hairdresser, and don't try to do it yourselves. ❤
