Hello Members of 970Muscle! I am very happy to be back at hosting the Friday at noon FUN Exercise class at our Parkwest location! The new format on Fridays is a quick power workout. It begins at noon and will end by 12:35. If you need to get in and get out during your lunch hour - this is the class for you! After class you can grab a quick protein snack on us and then get back to your day! There will also be a stretch cool down for those of you who can stay a bit longer! Please join me!!

I read an article on Chronic inflammation and how it is terrible for our bodies. I loved the answer to these 2 questions. I do see many people taking control of their lives with nutrition and exercise and that is great. But SO many people do not and I do not get it!!
