This is a booth rental in a small, easygoing boutique salon in downtown Grand Junction. You will fit in nicely if you are a hairstylist, nail tech, eyelash extension or micro blading specialist.

I almost like it better when someone has had experience with another extension method before trying IBE.... My client came to me having experienced only tape in extensions. She had several frustrations with them including, constant slipping out, inflexibility, and exposure as they grew out. has solved all of those issues! No longer will she have random hair pieces slipping down her leg in the middle of a shower, she can put her hair up in a ponytail right from the start, and her hair can blow in the wind with no exposure!
When I reached out to her a few days later see how she was adjusting, she said “ I’m in love”! That’s all I needed to hear!❤️

Yes, long mermaid hair is absolutely beautiful but that’s not what everybody wants. Sometimes a gal just wants more of what she already has.

In this case my client wanted to ......
1.). Test the IBE method to see if her hair could handle it and maybe add some length later. We added one row of 14” Covet and Mane extensions to add more volume only.
2.). Have the ability to wear her hair down without having to spend so much time getting it to look good only to have it go frizzy and limp in a matter of minutes.
She LOVES it!!

We. Are. OPENING!!!!!!!!!

Ok dear clients, as of May 1st we will once again be opening our doors. We cannot wait to get our hands in your hair and get back to great conversations and many laughs.... we have truly missed you!
As you may already know, this does come with a few trade offs. We have agreed to follow the guidelines to the T. Not only do we want to insure our safety and your safety but most importantly to our clients who’s immune systems may be comprised. Everyone deserves a day of beauty! Also, we want to insure that we can stay open to serve you! To do this we will all have to work together.

Here is what we are doing for you...
We promise to keep you safe by washing and sanitizing our hands, stations, and implements before each and every client. We will also be wearing masks and gloves.
If we feel even the slightest under the weather, We will call you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Here is what we need from you...
Because we need to adhere to the social distancing guideline, we need to keep the people within the salon at a minimum.
Please show up at your scheduled time. If you happen to show up earlier please remain in your car until the exact time of your appointment.
If we happen to be running behind we will be sure to text you within five minutes of your scheduled time to give you a heads up. Same goes if we are running a bit earlier… We will text you to let you know you can come in right away..

When you enter into the salon we will have you wash your hands before starting your appointment. There also may be a complementary paraffin hand wax dip included!😉

There will only be one client per hairstylist allowed at one time. If you have an appointment you will need to leave all other children, friends, and family members outside of the salon. If your child has an appointment and is under age, one parent may come in with that one and only child. This will be the only exception. If you have other children that need a haircut, they will need to wait outside with a guardian or at home until the exact time of their appointment.

If you are feeling under the weather, even the slightest, please do not hesitate to call and reschedule!

Finally, we as a unit have decided that for this “Phase One” opening we will require that everyone who comes in wear a mask. We have many wonderful people that we serve and some of them are at a much higher risk. We understand this is an inconvenience and some of you may even forget at times to bring in your mask. If you happen to forget your mask unfortunately we will have to reschedule you for another time. Please no masks such as bandannas that wrap around your head. This will make it impossible to work around your hair.

These are very strange times and we greatly, greatly appreciate each and everyone of you in advance for working with us so that we can ensure your safety and the quality of service that we have always provided you. We love you and can’t wait to see you again!

Dear valued and loved clients...you have most likely already heard, but we wanted to touch base to let you know that due to the new government regulation all “non essential” services must now close down to the public until at least April 30th. At that time they will reassess. This unfortunately includes your gals here at Indigo Studio Salon. Please know that WE take your beauty needs very seriously and qualify them EXTREMELY essential but do agree with the government that it is just best to stay at home for the time being. 😐😷😢 please text us when you can for some good days and times that work for you after April 30 and we will get you rescheduled. Thank you for your patience and understanding! We are very sorry for any inconvenience. All our love and stay healthy(and classy)
